Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and product sales for our growing nutraceutical and health-tech business. The ideal candidate will be focused on converting leads, building rapport with prospects, and meeting sales targets through phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution o Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into customers using consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls o Pitch relevant plans or products based on customer needs o Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversions
Customer Engagement o Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged o Address objections, answer product-related questions, and build trust o Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to support teams after conversion
CRM & Reporting o Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce) o Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups o Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead
Market Insight o Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings o Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
