Telecaller - Inside Sales Role Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) Department: Inside Sales Role Objective: To connect with school decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointmentsfor the BDE team.
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to schools from CRM-provided data
Pitch the value of Marcos Quay programs and schedule meetings
Follow up with warm leads and support BDEs with reminders
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM
Support digital outreach (email, WhatsApp) as required
Required Skills
:
1-2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience
Fluent communication in English and regional language
Target-oriented with persistence and good listening skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
