, including creating product awareness, explaining features and benefits, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales records, and supporting the field sales team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers about products and create product awareness.
Promote and sell company products to prospective and existing customers.
Handle outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
Manage inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to address customer queries and objections effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Any relevant field), MBA preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
