Position Overview



The Inside Sales Representative Female will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, WhatsApp and virtual meetings. This role focuses on lead qualification, relationship building, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information. Sales Execution Present product/service offerings to prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals in alignment with company policies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
