Job Summary
We are hiring an enthusiastic
Inside Sales Executive
who will handle inbound & outbound calls, generate leads, explain services to clients, and close sales. Candidates must have good communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Handle inbound inquiries through call, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Explain services like Bulk SMS, Voice Calls, AI Audio/Video Calls, Call Center Solutions, LED Van promotions, etc.
Generate leads and follow up consistently.
Prepare proposals, share quotations, and close deals.
Maintain CRM records and client communication details.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to understand customer needs and pitch the right service.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
