Role: Inside Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:



Generate & qualify leads Communicate with clients and understand requirements Explain IT solutions, answer queries & close deals Maintain CRM entries & follow structured sales processes Coordinate with vendors for solutions, pricing & commercials Negotiate pricing & payment terms Ensure order execution & timely delivery Manage collections & follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads & closures

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (any field) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Fast learner with interest in IT solutions Good negotiation & business sense Target-driven & self-motivated CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Fluent English is mandatory

Achieving monthly & annual sales targets Meeting revenue & profit goals High customer satisfaction Strong client retention & relationship building
