Role Overview



The

Inside Sales Executive

will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients through calls and digital communication, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand client needs and promote relevant Tally solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Tally products and services. Qualify leads based on business requirements and decision-making potential. Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into meetings or demonstrations. Maintain a high call volume and consistent outreach efforts.

Sales Conversion



Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects. Schedule demos and coordinate with technical teams for product presentations. Track and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Client Coordination & Support



Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects. Handle client questions, objections, and concerns effectively. Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating with internal teams. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, and payment reminders.

Reporting & Documentation



Update CRM tools and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Share daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales pipeline. Provide feedback on market insights and client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation roles. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills. Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work with targets and maintain high productivity. Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach. Knowledge of Tally or software sales is an advantage.
