Answer calls and provide detailed information about clinic services and treatments.
Collect and record customer information accurately.
Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions.
Conduct professional follow-up calls and schedule appointments.
Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system regularly.
Perform daily call updates and manage WhatsApp marketing activities.
Engage customers through effective WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Timing: 11 pm to 8 pm (No Part Time)
