, a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator is managed by a self-sufficient team of front and back-end executives who oversee the entire life cycle of brands created within that division, along with other incubated brands.
Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executives
with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or client servicing. In this role, you will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to convert leads into opportunities, manage client pipelines, and contribute to overall business goals. Candidates with prior experience in
corporate gifting, marketing services, or employee engagement solutions
will be preferred.
This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM) with flexibility for client-specific discussions and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
Pitch products, solutions, and offerings to corporate clients.
Manage and update leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain a strong client relationship through regular communication and support.
Research potential clients, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Contribute to client presentations, demos, and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
Prior exposure to B2B sales or corporate gifting preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup.
