This position will play a key role in creating a steady, qualified pipeline for our business development team.
Role Overview
The
Inside Sales Executive
will be responsible for
lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and initial client engagement
.
Your goal is to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the B2B Sales Executives or JD.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, persuasive, and loves talking to people about technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
Research and identify target businesses via LinkedIn, Google, Justdial, industry directories, and events.
Generate lists of potential clients in industries like
, etc.
Use CRM tools to manage and update lead data.
Outreach & Lead Qualification
Contact potential clients via
phone, email, and LinkedIn
to introduce Webzworld's solutions.
Ask discovery questions to qualify leads based on
budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
.
Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Owner or B2B Sales team.
Follow up on old or dormant leads regularly.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with the Sales Executives to share qualified leads and meeting notes.
Support proposal preparation by providing client background or call notes.
Maintain and update lead pipeline in CRM daily.
Reporting & Metrics
Maintain a daily activity tracker (calls made, leads generated, meetings fixed).
Weekly summary report of new leads and conversion pipeline.
Help identify patterns in lead sources and improve targeting.
Desired Skills & Traits
1-3 years in
inside sales
,
telecalling (B2B)
, or
lead generation
roles.
Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.
Confidence in cold calling and building rapport.
Proficiency in using tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Zoho CRM
.
Strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
Passion for learning about new technologies and solutions.
