Blaze Olympia Pune, a leading sports management company, is actively seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing leads across WhatsApp, calls, and email, while maintaining CRM records and ensuring seamless communication with prospects.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage leads across WhatsApp, calls, and email. The role involves maintaining CRM records, ensuring effective communication with prospects, and supporting the sales team in lead nurturing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads across multiple channels and ensure timely follow-up. Update and monitor CRM and Excel trackers for all leads and conversions. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and coordinate with sales leads. Assist in preparing weekly lead reports and pipeline summaries. Support campaign follow-up activities and process improvements. Maintain accurate data and ensure consistent follow-through on prospects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, CRM management, or lead operations. Working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong eagerness to learn.
