We're looking for energetic and polite Inside Sales Executives who can manage incoming calls, assist customers, and convert leads into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries from customers and agents. Explain Travel Deals+ plans, offers, and benefits clearly to potential subscribers. Convert inquiries into paid memberships through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM. Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams for booking or account-related queries. Provide information about current promotions, new deals, and renewals. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality on every call. Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) with registrations and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications



0-2 years of experience in sales / customer service / call handling (travel industry preferred). Excellent spoken English and Hindi; regional language is a plus. Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web). Positive attitude and willingness to learn about travel products.
