Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate company products and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and lead follow-up.
Maintain data and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or lead generation.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a pleasant personality.
Strong knowledge of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, or Retail technology landscapes and enterprise buying processes.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva, and other digital tools/social media platforms for lead generation.
Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
Team player with good collaboration and organizational skills.
