What You'll Achieve: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on growing business with existing customers while fostering relationships with new clients. Your expertise in ICT solutions and passion for delivering exceptional service will help Ten Delta ICT achieve its sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling B2B ICT solutions through outbound calls, consultations, and other strategic selling techniques.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to understand their needs, relay product information, and provide customized solutions.
Technical Support: Provide technical specifications, quotations, and tenders to customers as needed.
Inbound Queries: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Essential Requirements:
Strong understanding of computer technology and ICT solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to research and analyze business needs with curiosity and proactiveness.
A proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desirable Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in selling ICT solutions or related products.
Familiarity with Unified Communication systems and enterprise software.
