Experience : Fresher/ Experience - Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and database provided by the company.
Present product/service offerings to potential clients
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills required:
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
