The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote automobile services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure excellent customer engagement. The role requires good communication, sales, and follow-up skills to support the dealership's business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote vehicle sales, service offers, insurance renewals, and accessories.
Maintain and update customer databases (DMS/CRM).
Schedule test drives, service appointments, and follow-ups for leads.
Share details about new car models, exchange offers, finance, and insurance schemes.
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
Follow up with walk-in and inquiry customers to convert leads into sales or service visits.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication and updates.
Prepare daily and weekly call reports and share feedback with management.
Achieve monthly telecalling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, DMS).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
