Identify and approach potential customers and retail partners to promote Provilac's dairy products.
Handle daily sales operations including cold calling, lead generation, and field visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educate clients about product benefits, pricing, and delivery options.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or dairy sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
Basic understanding of MS Office tools and CRM software.
