Make sales and marketing calls to potential and existing customers.
Coordinate with clients such as Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators, as well as field executives, to schedule meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
Update all communication, meetings, and quotations on Zoho CRM.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support throughout the sales process.
Meet assigned sales and non-sales targets post-training period.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Inside Sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home automation industry.
Proficiency in basic English communication.
Ability to communicate fluently in at least one regional language --
Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
Compensation:
Up to ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
