We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven
Centre Head (Sales)
to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience at our healthcare and wellness centre in Kothrud. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and walk-in customers.
Manage and motivate the front-desk and sales team to deliver excellent service.
Develop local marketing strategies and partnerships to attract new clients.
Monitor centre performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between therapists, nutritionists, and service staff.
Maintain a positive, customer-centric atmosphere at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in sales.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
Excellent customer service orientation.
