As an inside sales associate you would focus on the early part of the business development cycle, such as researching target leads, and converting them into prospects.
Gain in-depth functional knowledge of assigned products and map to potential client needs. Identifying potential customers through market research and outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
Research target leads and key decision-makers.
Making calls and sending emails to potential clients to introduce new products and services. Follow-up and secure the first initiation meeting / discover call.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress and customer information using CRM software / Excel.
Act as a representative of the company at industry events, conferences, etc.
Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by the Manager & Department Head.
Qualifications:
Graduates / Professional Degree-holders desirous of a career in Business Development.
Prior experience in lead generation, market research and inside sales (internship counts)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadlines.
