Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for IT/Software/HR/Outsourcing services.
Understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
Schedule meetings/demos with potential clients and support senior sales team in closures.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and prepare periodic reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
inside sales (minimum 1 year)
.
Industry exposure in
IT / Software / Human Resource / Outsourcing
preferred.
MBA preferred
(not mandatory).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and lead generation ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
