Responsibilities



Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and unique value propositions. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them effectively through the sales process. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting assigned leads into customers and upselling additional products/services. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead follow-ups and relationship management. Utilize CRM software to accurately record and update customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities on a daily basis. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position company products competitively. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to potential customers. Maintain a minimum daily call/contact quota as per assigned leads and ensure quality engagement with clients. Promote and maintain a professional, service-oriented, and customer-first image of the company. Participate in regular sales training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in a Telecaller, Inside Sales, or similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a command of English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus). Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales through effective negotiation techniques. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines, with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office tools, and other sales-related applications. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
