Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
