Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Promote and sell Payplex's fintech products, including:
Hardware: POS machines, kiosks, SoundBox, mATMs.
Software: Payment gateways, API solutions, eKYC, mobile apps, SaaS tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
Conduct product demos and presentations for merchants, banks, NBFCs, and corporates.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and support) for smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
Represent Payplex at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of proven sales experience in fintech, BFSI, or payment solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital payments, AEPS, UPI, POS, and fintech solutions is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
