Job Description

You'll be the first voice of DBZ for many of our prospective clients -- innovators, R&D teams,

and business owners who are curious about how 3D printing can transform their work. Your job

is to guide them with clarity, energy, and trust.

What You'll Do

? Handle inbound calls and leads from prospective customers, introducing them to our

products and solutions.

? Explain features, pricing, and availability in simple, clear language.

? Listen deeply, identify customer needs, and connect them to our technical specialists

when required.

? Build curiosity and excitement around our latest machines and offerings.

? Log all customer interactions in our MIS system with accuracy.

? Follow up consistently with leads to ensure satisfaction and move them toward

purchase.

? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.

? Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer

experience.
