Hiring for India's leading climate-tech startup company in Maharashtra.



Responsibilities:



? Make outbound calls to leads received and schedule appointments for the sales team.

? Handle inbound customer calls and schedule appointments according to the sales

team's availability.

? Conduct cold calling from various databases to schedule appointments for the sales

team.

? Effectively sell our services over the phone and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:



? Female candidate required.

? Excellent command of English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.

? Proficiency in using Excel and other CRM functions.

? At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
