their products across multitudes of pin codes with the help of our courier partners. In simple words,

we make the entire process of delivering parcels and smiles to customers easy for eCommerce

sellers.

Our services extend to more than 26,000 pin codes across the country. How does that sound for

expansion? Haha!

Who are we on the lookout for?

Before we move on to what we are looking for, let's look at one word that describes what we

aren't looking for; a robot.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities

and driving sales growth through effective lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies.

You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored

solutions, and close deals over phone, email, and other digital communication channels. Your goal

is to build strong customer relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall

success of the sales team.

Who can apply?

Freshers or experienced in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role. Experience in [Logistics
industry] is a plus.

Proficiency in English and local language. Proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Inside Sales Executive in our ITL team, you will do the following:

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

2. Sales Pitch & Presentation

3. Customer Relationship Management

4. Sales Process Management

5. Negotiation & Closing

6. Reporting & Analysis

7. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional

campaigns and product launches.

8. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Product

Development) to ensure client needs are met.

9. Continuous Improvement
