Inside Sales Executive - Retail Detailz India Pvt Ltd (Mumbai)

top retailers, global brands, and leading corporates

across India. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a

dynamic Inside Sales Executive

to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify

new business leads

through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research. Schedule meetings and support the sales team with

sales proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups

. Maintain and update the

CRM database

with accurate client information and sales activities. Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

through timely communication. Assist in achieving

monthly sales targets and revenue goals

by supporting the business development team. Stay updated with

market trends, competitors, and retail industry insights

to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduate (Minimum 12th Pass accepted, but Graduate preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in

inside sales, lead generation, telesales, or business development (B2B preferred)

.

Skills:

Strong verbal & written

communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Knowledge of

CRM tools/software

will be an added advantage.
