Responsibilities



Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits and value propositions.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customer and upselling additional products or services.

Response to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customers concerns, and guiding them through sales process.

Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date- record of customer interactions, sales activities and opportunity.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offering to position products effectively.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's product and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.

Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service- oriented company image among customers.

Required skills and qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

Strong communication skills and command of the English language

Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role

Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?39,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
