Inside Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings Understand and communicate the technical specifications and applications of chemical products Identify and qualify leads through research, CRM tools, and industry databases Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company policies Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred) 3-4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand and explain complex chemical formulations and applications Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Salary : 3- 4.5 LPA

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
