Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote car loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly and accurately.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and pending loan applications to drive conversions.
Schedule appointments with field sales representatives or branch personnel if required.
Maintain a daily calling log and update CRM systems with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as needed.
Work closely with the loan processing and field sales teams to ensure smooth application flow.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or banking sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Knowledge of car loan products and banking processes is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Fluency in [Local Language] and Hindi/English as per the region.

Number of calls made per day.
Lead conversion rate.
Appointments booked for field sales or loan processing.
Number of loan applications initiated and processed.
