As an Inside Sales Executive at Chemtech Laboratories Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our oil conditioning monitoring and compliance testing services. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our offerings to meet their requirements. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Actively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking.

Client Engagement:

Interact with clients to assess their oil analysis needs, provide detailed information about our services, and offer customized solutions to address their requirements.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.

Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects and stay ahead of the competition.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics, to monitor progress and evaluate sales effectiveness.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the oil analysis or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively to prospective clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
