Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project-based industries such as
MEP, Electronics, Fire & Safety, HVAC, or related sectors.
The role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting our products/services, handling inquiries, and driving sales growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Present and explain product features and benefits to meet client needs.
Follow up on leads, update records, and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets by closing deals and upselling where possible.
Address customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution and service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
Inside Sales
, preferably in MEP, Electronics, Fire & Safety, or HVAC industries.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening ability with a customer-first approach.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,383.83 - ?15,000.00 per month
