Who We're Looking For:
An
Inside Sales Executive
with prior experience in
WhatsApp API
,
SMS platforms
, or
SaaS-based communication tools
. Someone who understands the product, pain-points of SMEs, and can close leads through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
Handle qualified inbound leads and convert them to paying clients
Explain WhatsApp API features, pricing, and use-cases to businesses
Manage the entire sales funnel -- from demo to deal closing
Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-ups
Collaborate with onboarding & support team for smooth handover
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in WhatsApp API, bulk messaging, or similar SaaS products
Strong knowledge of business messaging platforms
Excellent communication in Hindi + English
Ability to understand client needs and recommend best-fit solutions
Prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared)
Salary & Perks:
?10,000 - ?20,000/month (Based on experience)
