Inside Sales Executive
to join our Mumbai team and play a key role in business expansion.
Position Overview
This is not a cold-calling-only role -- it's about
consultative selling
. You'll speak with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, showcase our ERP solution, and move them from inquiry to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through
outbound calling, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
Present key product features and benefits tailored to business use cases
Coordinate and schedule product demos (via remote access tools like AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
Follow up with prospects to address objections and facilitate closure
Maintain CRM records and pipeline data with accuracy
Prepare basic performance and activity reports for internal reviews
Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For
1+ year
of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B lead conversion
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Strong persuasive skills and confident phone presence
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Experience selling software, IT services, or digital products is a strong advantage
Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to software related to
accounting, billing, inventory, or GST
Prior experience working with Indian MSME clients
Comfort with remote demo tools like
Structured training on ERP product and sales process
