Role: Inside Sales Executive



Inside Sales Executive

Proactively engage potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and close sales.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud services, and support packages.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert leads into customers.

Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals and quotes.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company products/services.

Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
