Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or website inquiries
Conduct outbound calls to cold/warm prospects from lead databases
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers
Identify customer pain points and position appropriate solutions
Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed clients
Client Handling & CRM:
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and lead progress in CRM tools
Schedule demos or meetings for senior sales staff if needed
Address customer queries or route them to the right team
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey
Reporting & Feedback:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead status and sales numbers
Report customer feedback to improve pitch, services, or offerings
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spoken English and [local language]
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
