Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist with 4+ years of experience to join our Inside Sales team. This office-based role involves interacting with customers via phone and email to provide expert pharmaceutical guidance, product suggestions, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pharmaceutical products Build strong relationships and offer excellent post-sale support Negotiate pricing, packages, and delivery terms when required Maintain CRM records of all communication and follow-ups Stay updated with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with a valid license Minimum 3 years of continuous pharmacy experience Strong communication skills (English - spoken and written) Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Preferred:

Experience in a pharmaceutical sales or client servicing role Familiarity with export/import documentation or B2B pharma sales is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
