Job Objective:

To manage and grow customer relationships by handling inbound sales inquiries, coordinating with the field sales team, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to order processing.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Handling & Customer Engagement



Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and digital channels. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tools/products. Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

2. Sales Coordination



Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for quotations, follow-ups, and order status updates. Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation. Update CRM or sales trackers regularly.

3. Order Management



Assist in processing sales orders, checking availability, and coordinating delivery schedules. Track dispatches and keep customers informed about order status.

4. Customer Service & Relationship Building



Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure post-salessupport. Collect feedback and relay it to the relevant teams.

Skills & Qualifications Required:



Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Engineering, or Business). 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (preferably B2B or industrial sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook) and any CRM software. Ability to understand technical products and coordinate with internal departments.

Preferred:



Experience in industrial tools, machine tools, or manufacturing sectors. Basic understanding of tools or mechanical components will be an advantage.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
