to join our team for our Online MBA program. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and education, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and work well within a team to meet individual and collective goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding the Online MBA program.
Understand student needs and recommend the right course offerings.
Achieve daily and monthly targets of student enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred).
Prior experience in EdTech or Online MBA program sales is a plus.
