Job Description



We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller/Sales Caller to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our services, and generating leads to support our sales team.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services(B2B)

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude with customers at all times

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)

Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred but not mandatory

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages as required.
