Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Previous experience as a Tele Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft proposals and support sales initiatives.
Conduct cold calling to potential clients.
Generate leads and reach out to high-end corporate clients via calls and emails.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients.
Research and qualify new leads to enhance sales opportunities.
Manage documentation related to sales activities.
Assist the Business Development (BD) team in preparing for meetings and presentations.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong creative thinking abilities.
Patience and skills to engage effectively with customers through verbal communication.
Proven sales aptitude and ability to close deals.
Resilience in handling rejection and stress in client solicitation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
