Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions
Schedule product demos and presentations with prospects
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
Update and manage CRM with lead information and activity
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign feedback and lead quality
Follow up with past leads and existing customers for upselling opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and handle rejection positively
