Job Title: Education Counselor

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic and career options and helping them choose the right course/university.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Counsel students regarding programs, admissions process, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Follow up with leads and maintain a regular pipeline of prospects.
Convert potential leads into applications and assist throughout the admission process.
Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for seamless onboarding.
Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling student queries and objections
Basic knowledge of higher education courses and admission processes
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
Qualifications:

HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
Prior experience in counseling/sales/education industry/Telecalling/Telesales is an added advantage

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
