We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented

Inside Sales Executive

to join our growing team in

Pune

. This is an end-to-end sales role focused on offering

UG/PG courses

to working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals using leads from our

LeadSquared CRM

. Understand candidates' upskilling needs and suggest relevant programs. Provide program information via

phone, video counseling, or face-to-face meetings

. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales closures. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to student enrollments. Take full ownership of the sales cycle from

initial cold call to final closure

.

Requirement:



Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
