We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside

Sales Executive

to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our sales efforts. This role requires a strong communicator with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Pune ( Erandwane)

Experience: 1-2 Yrs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.

Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products/services.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Know Sales Quotation process

Knowledge of Request for Quote (RFQ),Quotation Creation,Purchase Order (PO)

should know the process of how a PO is generated from a quotation, including the steps of request for quote (RFQ), quotation preparation, submission, evaluation, negotiation, and acceptance.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
