The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with potential customers, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through outbound/inbound calling, emails, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital tools.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Customer Engagement
Contact potential clients to introduce products/services and understand their needs.
Conduct product presentations and demos over phone/video calls.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
Sales Support
Schedule meetings/appointments for the field sales team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on pending deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with prospects and existing customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups for lead nurturing and deal closure.
Reporting & Analysis
Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & persuasive selling skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools
.
Good understanding of inside sales process, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
2-7 years in inside sales / tele-sales / lead generation (B2B or B2C depending on business).
Prior experience in
IT, SaaS, Manufacturing, Services, or relevant industry
is desirable.

Pay: ₹241,846.31 - ₹1,080,957.94 per year
