We are looking for motivated and performance-driven Inside Sales Executives / Managers to join our growing sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, converting qualified leads into successful closures, and driving consistent revenue growth. This is a performance based role requiring strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills within the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads provided by the company through calls and virtual meetings.
Make outbound calls to introduce i2Global's education programs, franchise opportunities, and training solutions.
Counsel prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable offerings.
Identify serious prospects and schedule virtual meetings or follow-ups for closures.
Drive conversions through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and high-intent discussions.
Maintain accurate records of lead status, call remarks, progress updates, and closures in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Share regular lead status updates, objections, and performance reports with the reporting manager.
Meet or exceed daily, monthly calling, qualification, revenue, and conversion targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handling and improved conversions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
For ISE: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (EdTech preferred).
For ISM: Minimum 2+ year of experience in sales or counseling roles with proven closure ability.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven mindset with strong ownership and urgency.
Ability to work under pressure with consistent follow-ups.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, Google Sheets, or MS Office is a plus.
