Job Summary:

We are looking for a

highly motivated Sales Specialist

to handle inbound leads and convert them into sales for our

Australian market

. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. If you have a knack for

closing deals, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend the best energy-efficient solutions. Convert high-intent leads into successful sales. Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, and financing options. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Key Skills & Requirements:

2-3 years of

experience in sales must, preferably in an inbound process.

Experience in the Australian market is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
