Inside Sales Executive

to join our team and drive B2B sales growth.

Job Summary:

You will manage inbound/outbound B2B client communication, convert leads into business clients, and achieve sales targets in freight forwarding and logistics services. This role is office-based at Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Follow up and convert warm/cold leads into clients Maintain CRM records and update sales activities Coordinate with operations for smooth client service Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of inside sales or tele-sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industry (mandatory)

Proven experience in B2B sales with business clients (exporters, importers, manufacturers) Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English Comfortable using CRM and MS Excel Target-driven, proactive, and professional Able to work full-time from Malappuram office

Salary & Benefits:
